| The key aspects of this role: Talk to product team and understands the new requirements Write detailed technical/engineering specs based on the discussions with product team and come up with the design & architecture solutions & help offshore engineering teams in implementing it Research on new technology initiatives and upgrades, create POCs and propose solutions for implementation Work closely with client’s technology leadership team to help, suggest architectural solutions for new development and business initiatives Review and identify shortcoming in current frameworks (backend/frontend), designs, suggesting performance improvements in current code and SQL structure . This TA will be a bridge between onshore product/engineering teams and offshore engineering teams and will facilitate deliveries from offshore side and drive it independently by eliminating dependency on onshore tech team. To be the right fit, you’ll need: Strong in PHP (and related frameworks), CodeIgniter, MySQL and Front end technologies (like JavaScript, JQuery, Angular 2.x or above, HTML5) Experience in architecting and building web-based and distributed software systems using LAMP stack Good analytical skills and ability to work independently for evaluating technologies and building proof-of-concepts Strong understanding of application performance and code optimization Ability to discover business goals and non-functional requirements from client & propose architecture solutions Ability to document architecture, high-level design and technical specs Good-to-have proficiency in AWS |
